Pistol retains approximately 80% -/+ Original finish with all matching part numbers including grips.
Bore is in good condition with sharp rifling. Calibre 7.63mm (.30 cal). Pistol comes with an excellent
quality Walnut M712 Shoulder-stock (reproduction).

This is a good example of a super scarce Mauser M712 fully automatic Broomhandle pistol.
These pistols were developed in the late 1930's based on the 1930 designed Broomhandle pistols
that were fully automatic and which featured a detachable box magazine. The majority of these
pistols were sold to South East Asia with some commercial sale to Yugoslavia and Europe as well
as South America.

This specific pistol is actually a second pattern M712 that uses the "Westinger" patented selective
fire mechanism. The top of the chamber area is marked "WAFFENFABRIK/MAUSER/OBERNDORF YN"
and there is a single Crown over "U" proof on the left side below those markings. The right side of
the lower trigger housing group is marked "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A. NECKAR/D.R.P.u.A.P."
and the left side has the "MAUSER" banner logo with the correct style selector switch. The rear sight is
graduated from 50-1000 meters. It has the standard 12 line ribbed walnut grips with a lanyard ring on
the end of the grips. It is complete with one (1) detachable 10 round magazine.
