Mauser Broomhandle Cone-hammer Pistol Cleaning rod Putzstock.

Early C96 Mauser Broomhandle Pistol Cleaning Rod. Known also as a Putzstock
with its lift up combination tool for firing pin removal and to extract spent
cartridge cases from the chamber.

A very nice Reproduction of an extremely rare C96 cleaning tool for the serious
collector. Production quantities are not precisely known, but it is thought that
between 500 - 1000 were made. Only Cone hammer and early Large ring
hammer pistols were supplied with this model type cleaning rod.

Original Putzstock Cleaning rods have sold at Auction between $1000 - 1800.
